#TSCGoesDubai - OOTD at the Burj Khalifa

As a tourist in Dubai, one cannot escape not going to the Burj Khalifa. It's colossal height and impeccable architecture with its spherical tip makes it stand out and noticeable from any and every place in Dubai.
As an Indian Fashion Blogger, I opted for something that was edgy yet incorporated an element of India. The history of the tie dye technique can be dated back to pre-historic times where the  Bandhani saree were worn at royal weddings. As years passed, the tie dye print has evolved and experimented into using the same technique for the invention of different patterns. Hence, I wore this tie-dye long maxi cape from URBAN PITARA as a statement piece. Underneath the cape I am wearing a Jockey White Camisole and shorts from Hill Road. I kept my outfit simple and comfortable because it was almost 45 degrees in Dubai and I did not want to sweat it out. What I love about this Cape from URBAN PITARA is that it gives me the perfect layering look in the summers. Wear it over shorts and camisole or wear over a maxi dress, you are sure to catch a lot of eyes!
